TopDoc application Version 1.1

Hello everyone. I wanted to share a little program I made that helps me find more information about medical topics. I find it easier to use this than goggling for it. Let me know what you think about it. By the way, I do NOT host this file at any other website so I would not recommend downloading from there. As a rule of thumb, always scan your downloads.
